Return Policy / Refund Policy

Bracketmaster Pty Ltd offers a 14 day return policy for any products that are faulty.

A copy of the original invoice or other proof of purchase must be included with the returned product.

Where the product is determined faulty we will provide you with an exchange or refund

The exchange of faulty goods can take up to 14 working days to be replaced.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the order you placed, you can:

Apply for a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery

Bracketmaster Pty Ltd will be more than happy to provide a refund on the following:

  • The goods are faulty or become faulty soon after receiving the product
  • The goods are unfit for your purpose- which means this product does not do what you reasonably expected it to do

Bracketmaster Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund on any product that:

  • is incomplete or missing parts; or
  • is not returned in their original packaging,
  • Show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging

Bracketmaster Pty Ltd will not give refunds, credit or exchanges if you

  • Simply change your mind, decide you do not like the goods or have no use for them.
  • Damaged the goods by unreasonable or unintended use.

To claim a refund or exchange of goods, you should:

  • Return the goods within a reasonable time
  • Provide details of how the goods are defective
